Cherishly support can help with account access, subscriptions, credits, AI song or gift creation, reminders, privacy, and account deletion.
Billing and Subscriptions
Purchases are handled by your device app store. If a purchase does not unlock access, open Cherishly, go to Premium, and tap Restore purchases.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account in the app from Profile, then Delete account. This removes your account and associated Cherishly data.
Privacy and Safety
Do not upload content you do not have permission to use. Public gift links can be viewed by anyone with the link.
Before You Contact Us
- Make sure you are signed in with the same account used for purchase.
- Try Restore purchases from the Premium screen.
- Check that your internet connection is active.
- For generated songs or gifts, wait a few minutes and refresh the app.
