1. Information We Collect

Cherishly may collect account details such as name, email, profile photo, authentication identifier, subscription status, credit balance, device tokens, and app activity needed to operate the service.

2. Gift Content

When you create a gift, we process the details you enter, such as recipient names, relationships, occasions, memories, selected tone, optional photos, generated messages, cards, songs, scripts, exports, and public gift links.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate users, generate and save gifts, provide sharing and download features, manage credits, process subscriptions, send notifications you request, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and support the app.

4. AI and Service Providers

Cherishly may send the content needed for a generation request to secure backend services and AI providers. API keys are not stored in the mobile app. Payment, ads, analytics, authentication, storage, and notification providers may process data as needed for their services.

5. Sharing

You control when you export, download, or share a gift. Public gift pages are visible to anyone with the link. Connected-recipient notifications are only sent to users who have installed the app and accepted a connection.

6. Retention and Choices

We keep account and creation data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. You can delete creations where the app provides that option or contact us about account/data requests.

7. Children

Cherishly is not intended for children under 13. Do not use the app to collect or share children’s personal information without appropriate permission from a parent or guardian.
