1. About Cherishly

Cherishly helps users create personalized digital gifts, including messages, cards, songs, captions, scripts, and other creative keepsakes. By using Cherishly, you agree to use the app lawfully and respectfully.

2. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You may not impersonate another person, misuse another person’s photos or personal information, or use Cherishly to harass, deceive, or harm others.

3. AI-Generated Content

Cherishly uses automated systems to help create gift content. Generated content may be imperfect, inaccurate, or unsuitable in some situations. You are responsible for reviewing and editing creations before sharing them.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

Paid plans, credits, and in-app purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play. Subscription terms, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed through the applicable store account and store policies.

5. User Content

You keep ownership of photos, memories, names, and other content you provide. You grant Cherishly permission to process that content so the app can generate, store, display, export, and share your creations at your direction.

6. Public Gift Links

If you create or share a public gift link, people with that link may view the shared gift page. Do not include sensitive personal information in public gifts unless you have permission from the people involved.

7. Availability

Cherishly may change, pause, or remove features as we improve the service. We work to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every generated output will meet your expectations.
